The house featured a basement, which Theodore expanded and used for work. In 1991, Theodore and his family moved to the United States from Germany and settled into 910 Friendly Court.
It is unknown exactly when 910 Friendly Court was constructed, but it was occupied by meteorologists Roger and Adelle Peterson, and served as the childhood home of their son, Theodore Peterson.
